I was very lucky to run into Kofi and the SRG team while initially looking at open houses when my wife, Sol, and I were looking to buy. We had been to a couple other open houses and were either put off by the realtors or just straight up ignored.
When Sol found a place she wanted to check out, Kofi was the agent showing the property. He was friendly and engaging, but also gave us the space we needed to view the property. I grabbed his card on the way out, and told my wife, "I think we found our agent."
Since that initial meeting Kofi arranged to take us to several locations, after doing research to meet the needs of what we were looking for. It felt a lot of times that Kofi was almost like a 3rd roommate moving with us based on questions he was asking sellers, opinions he was offering, and work he was putting in - completely on our schedule. In what seems to be considered a tough time to buy, Kofi took stress out of the equation.
Once we found the place that chose us, Kofi walked us through the entire process - from offer to close. He answered every question honestly, and even made us aware what the next steps would entail, and how we could best prepare to move forward. When it was all said and done, we are very happy with our new place, and thrilled that we stumbled upon Kofi and the SOTALOT Realty Group.
We will always remember this chapter of our lives and hope Kofi is available for the next chapter as he has cemented himself as our realtor for life throughout the rest of this book. That kind of respect is only earned, never given.
