Meet the Owner

Nartey Property Group Founder and Managing Director Kofi Natei Nartey has many years of professional real estate experience and manages a team of agents with more than forty years of combined experience. His business background includes financial advising, mortgage lending, motivational speaking, and management training. His personal background includes professional sports, acting, directing, writing, and personal coaching. Kofi has been the Broker of Record for three different companies where each time he was able to increase productivity and raise the level of professionalism. He has trained numerous real estate agents and continues to build his own expertise through continued education and training.

His UC Berkeley degree, professional athletic experience, and management background give him a unique perspective and approach to managing the Nartey Property Group. Through his own experiences, he recognized the need for an experienced, professional, and trustworthy team of real estate advisors. Kofi’s vision is to elevate the service standard for real estate professionals by developing them into real estate consultants, rather than just agents. 

In addition, Kofi is the Director of Luxury Properties and the Assistant Team Leader for Keller Williams.

Kofi is also an active member of the Screen Actors Guild, American Federation of Radio and Television Artists, National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors, Beverly Hills Leads Club, and is an Accredited Staging Professional.  He resides in the Los Angeles with his beautiful wife and two year old daughter.
